Rules for submitting reviews about healthcare providers

All Reviews Are Moderated

Every review is checked before publication. Your review will be published after moderation, typically within 24–48 hours. We reserve the right to reject reviews that violate these guidelines.

Required

Reviews must be based on your own personal experience with the provider. Fake reviews are prohibited.
Be honest and constructive. Share your genuine experience.

Prohibited

Defamation, false statements, or misleading information
Offensive language, harassment, or personal attacks
Disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) of other patients — never share another person's medical details
Spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Impersonation of another person or entity
Fake or purchased reviews
Undisclosed insider reviews — if you are an employee, contractor, or have any business or financial relationship with the provider, you must clearly disclose this in your review

Recommendations

Consider avoiding detailed medical diagnoses or specific treatment details in your review. You may share your own health-related experience at your discretion, but remember that your review is public.

You are legally responsible for the content you submit. False or defamatory statements may result in legal action against you.
